I signed up for Nebula mostly because there are a few creators there I already follow, i don’t regret it. People can call it unnecessary if they want, but the extra videos have actually been worth watching. So far I haven’t run into much random filler, and I like that it feels like there’s stuff on there that isn’t just dumped over from YouTube.

I really wanted to like nebula.tv but the app just felt kind of clunky to me. Videos would load weird sometimes and it got annoying fast. There are definitely some good creators on there but after the first week I barely opened it...

Ive been using it mostly in the evenings and it just works. No random buffering or waiting around, which is a huge relief.

The videos play really smoothly for me. I know a lot of people complain about buffering on other apps or services, but I haven’t had that issue here at all.

There’s a nice mix of tech, history, science, and video essay stuff, which makes it feel way easier to find something I’m actually in the mood for. I don’t end up endlessly scrolling like I do on some other apps, since it feels a bit more curated.

Not every creator I follow is on there, which is a little disappointing, but enough of them are that I’ve been opening it regularly. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

I downloaded a few videos before my flight and, they played without any buffering or weird glitches. I was kind of glad nothing went wrong because I don’t really trust customer service to be much help if it did, but the offline viewing itself worked really well. Happy with it.

I’ve found some really good stuff to watch on Nebula, but my experience with the app hasn’t been great. Just trying to get back to something I was already watching takes more taps than it should, and the search feels a bit clunky. It has also lost my spot in a video a couple times, which is frustrating. Maybe it’s just me, but if the basic stuff feels this awkward, it makes the whole service feel less polished than I’d expect for something paid

I mostly stick to the parts I use regularly, so I can usually find what I need without too much trouble. That said, when I do have to look for something outside my usual routine, the menus feel a bit confusing and not very intuitive. It’s usable, but the navigation could definitely be smoother.

I had a small billing question after seeing a charge on my card and not being totally sure which month it was for. I’m usually loyal to another service I’ve used for a while, so I was already half-expecting this to be the moment that pushed me back to them, but I sent a message anyway and got a clear reply way faster than I expected.
They explained the billing date and the plan I was on, and once they laid it out, it all made sense. it was smoother than I thought it would be, and now I’m a little conflicted because this kind of simple, no-hassle support definitely makes me want to stick around. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’d say it’s worth it overall, especially for the price. I just sorta wish there was a little more new stuff included

Changing my account info was simple overall. I updated my email and billing details without having to dig around forever, which was nice. I did run into a small login issue, but support helped me get it fixed quickly. Nothing over the top, it just worked the way I needed it to.

I usually don’t buy into all the slick wording companies use about having “premium content” or whatever, but i’ve been surprised. The shows are actually interesting, the quality is solid, and I keep stumbling on new stuff I want to watch...

I’ve been using nebula.tv on my phone, my laptop, and the TV in the living room and it’s been smooth. No weird setup headaches or device issues so far, which is nice. I just switch screens whenever I feel like it and it all kinda just works.
